What are the fees associated with my room rate?

Unlike many short-term rentals, there is no check-in fee in addition to your room rate. You will notice the addition of an occupancy tax which is required of all temporary lodging facilities.

All cash transactions do require a $100 cash deposit in addition to the room rate. The deposit is secured to protect against the cost of repair in relation to any damage to property and/or violations of Dry Dock property policies. Property policies are provided at check-in; and, much like a security deposit, this deposit will be happily refunded at the end of your stay if there is no occurrence requiring its use.

Can we bring the family pet?

We understand pets are part of the family, too! However, at this time, we are unable to accommodate pets. There are local boarding facilities nearby that come highly recommended.

What if I need to change my reservation?

We understand that emergencies happen. If you must make changes to your reservation, we will do what we can to accommodate moving your reservation to another date. Naturally, we cannot make generalized guarantees regarding availability.

I am bringing a boat. Do you have boat parking?

We do everything we can to accommodate large vehicle, trailers, and boats. We ask that you not block any access areas or other guest vehicles when parking at Dry Dock. Permits are to be displayed at all times while parked on the premises to ensure ample parking for each guest. We do not make guarantees regarding parking spaces as availability will depend on the overall occupancy during your stay. If you know you will need extra space, please, contact the office as soon as possible so that we may do what we can to assist you with the oversize vehicle parking plan.

I have a special need or request. How do I make sure I get what I need?

We want to make your visit as worry-free as possible. Realizing that it is impossible to honor every special request, the more time we have to plan for your need or request, the better! If possible, submit your need or request with your original reservation or contact our office as soon as you can. We want to learn about your need or request and make accommodation whenever possible!
